Art Pollard is a friend of mine and founder of http://www.amanochocolate.com and is the only American bean to bar chocolate maker to win a gold medal in the European Academy of Chocolate.

Art spoke at one the first chocolate club meet-ups we had last year and is exciting to listen to. I’m proud to say we’re chocolate nerd buddies and proof of this is we both have each other on our speed-dials.
